Product Info
This fairytale cottage pan from NordicWare's Platinum baking series is a particularly adorable addition to the company's novelty bundt collection. Featuring steepled doorways with shutters, towering trees, and a stone chimney (a clever disguise for the center tube), the pan transforms 10 cups of cake batter into a charming and magical home. What a special birthday cake for a little girl! Bakers will love the heavyweight cast aluminum construction for its gentle, balanced heating that produces deliciously moist centers and lightly browned crusts. The pan also features a nonstick interior for easy food release and a heat-reflective exterior to prevent edges from overcooking and burning. Especially durable and warp-resistant, every detail on the pan transfers clearly to the baked good-so bring out the decorating tools and get creative. A narrow outside rim facilitates flipping and carrying. Measuring 9-3/4 inches square by 4 inches high, this pan is best washed by hand to ensure years of quality service. It is made in the USA and comes with a limited lifetime warranty. --Kara Karll

I have this pan and I seriously love it. I love the versatility. We have used it for housewarming gifts for new neighbors as well as for cakes for my decorating business. The cakes have all come out fabulously and they have not stuck at all. It's a fabulous cake pan. Probably good for monkey bread, blueberry bread or anything else you can imagine as well. Have FUN with it!!

Used the Nordicware Fairytale Cottage Bundt Pan to make my Christmas Cake. It broke apart on my first attempt (I did not grease and flour the pan) The second time it was perfect. Lightly decorated it was a hit. No one had seen one of these before and everyone loved it. For the most part, the cake baked evenly and came out easily. Recommend waiting about 30 to 40 mins before taking out the cake. Only negative - The tips of the christmas tree corners were a little overbaked and became hard.

This pan turns out really cute. I've had a few mishaps with the tips of the trees and the chimney but it was because I was in too much of a hurry to turn out the cake and did not wait the required minimum 15 minutes for it to cool. With Wilton's Cake Release you shouldn't have any problems.
