This heavy duty angel cake pan produces evenly baked cakes every time. Features a removable base for perfect, easy releases. Tall center tube, measuring 4.75" (12cm), ensure a high, fluffy cakes. Carbon steel professional quality bakeware with 1mm overall thickness promotes even rising and uniform baking. Covered with two layers of black Xylan coating for a superior non-stick surface. Interior measures 9.5" (24cm) in diameter, exterior measures 10" (25.5cm) in diameter, interior depth is 4.10" (10.5cm), exterior height is 4.10" (10.5cm), with a rolled edge. Before initial use, wash bakeware in hot soapy water, rinse and dry thoroughly. For best results, wipe interior with shortening or cooking oil. After the first use, treating the interior with cooking fats and oils is optional. Although dishwasher safe, hand washing is recommended as concentrated dishwasher detergent may dull the exterior finish and reduce the effectiveness of the non-stick surface. Oven safe up to 450°F/232°C.
