I bought this same pan at a brick and mortar store. I've used it only several times but both of the times I've used it the cakes came out wonderfully. I first sprayed the cold pan with a baker's spray that is oil and flour in a pressurized can. Nothing got stuck ever! I highly recommend using this product...both the pan and the aforementioned spray. Obviously, this pan is not their commercial line yet I have an idea for light duty baking this pan will work fine for me as it already has and should last many years with proper care, cleaning only with a sponge or cloth soaked in water and no abrasive cleaners, and no abrasive scrubbers. What stains I found came off after a soaking in hot water and detergent. It seems to be well built and well plated
