Now folks lets not get excited about this pan. After all it is just a pan. Right? Well no its not! It is certainly a quality product: heavy duty and super non-stick. Makes two (2) cakes (or just one (1) if you like: just enough for two (2) people) and they slide right out of the pan. My first attempt at a bundt cakes and they came out without a blemish. Another Nordic Ware premium product. Would recommend this pan to anyone who has hesitated to make a bundt cake and also to old timers. It will work great for everyone.

I was looking for a couple new pans for the holiday season and when I saw this one I knew it was perfect. I used it to make small cakes (banana) for a work fundraiser bake sale for United Way and then used it to make individual goodies to give as gifts. It also was the perfect size to bring to work for a treat for our small group.Pan is hefty, cakes slipped out easily. I LOVE it! I'd like to find another pan with other designs if they make one.

Have only used this once since purchase but as with all the other bundt pans, with the use of cake release, the cakes simply fell out of the pan without any trouble. I like to try different combinations of flavours in my cakes and found this duet pan ideal for making a couple of cakes. Infact I made an Irish Cream in one and a Pineapple and coconut in another, so they're great when trying out something new and you don't want to make a large bundt. Also just enough when there are may be only two or three people to share it.I am becoming a bundt pan addict. Wish I had found them years ago.
