This is a great high quality pan which really delivers. You can use any regular bundt pan recipe, just divide it by two, make two cakes to give away one and eat one, or save half the batter and bake it later. After I first learned to cook and gained 10 pounds, I became more conscious of portion sizes so that I can continue to cook and eat the foods that I love without having to upgrade pant sizes every 6 months! I lost the weight and actually have been cooking more than ever. One of the first things that I did was to shop for smaller pan sizes. This adorable bundt pan - made with the same quality and attention to detail as their larger bundt pan which I also own - fits the bill. I love making desserts for my husband and I with this pan because we have reasonable dessert portions for a few days and everything stays fresh and delicious. Bon appetit!

These are wonderful little bundt pans for making two small cakes out of one cake recipe--one for me and one for sharing! Perfect. I am a one-person household, and often hesitate to bake a full-size cake because I usually let most of it go to waste--if I put some of it in the freezer, it usually stays there until I throw it out. I do have the 12-cup size that matches these (purchased from Amazon) and use it often for baking a cake for some function. The first time I used these, the cakes came out slick as a ribbon--no sticking. Sprayed the pans with Baker's Joy, baked for 45 minutes, let cool for 10 minutes on a wire rack, turned them out, and presto, two beautiful mini cakes. One small cake makes a better and prettier presentation for sharing then just cutting a cake in half. I'm delighted to find these--didn't know Nordic made this size. Was in Destin, Florida, and my daughter just happend to find two of these (the last two they had) in a kitchen store. I came home, looked on Amazon, and sure enough, found them, just as I thought I might--and at a better price! (Made in the USA, too)
