When you don't want to make a full size bundt cake, this is the pan to use. I made two cakes for a church bake sale and they went quickly. They make a cake just large enough for a small family dessert and are perfect when served with fresh fruit on the side.

My cakes are beautiful when using this pan. There are a lot of grooves that can be difficult to clean if the pan is not coated with spray or butter properly. However, the pan is well made so very little coating is needed. I would highlighy recommend this pan if you are looking for a decorative look for your cakes.I gave a 4-star rating due to the amount of clean-up required, but that is typical with this type of pan.

This pan produces a perfect size cake for the family of 2. You do need to purchase more than one pan, so several cakes can be baked at one time. Keep in your freezer for gifts!The cake is easily removed from the pan and is intact and lovely.
